Where do you ship from?

We ship from our warehouse located in Delhi 

What are PREORDERS?

Basically, when a we gets 50-60% off by placing the order of a product before its launched or released. Pre orders shipping time is entirely different from rest of the orders, its mentioned on the product's description & is updated on our instagram page 

How long does it take to get a reply on whatsapp or on instagram?

We receive 100s of messages daily on instagram @merchsensei.shop and whatsapp +91, we expect you to wait for 24-48 business hrs (NO SATURDAY SUNDAY) after texting us. The timeline gets reset on every text message you drop on whatsapp and instagram.
